We’re looking for a first-rate product/UX copywriter to join us as we launch and scale nationally.

Our product/CX team is only a handful of people, so your role matters. A lot. You'll be the key person taking the brand voice and bringing it to life in the smallest details of the customer experience. You’ll report to our director of customer insights and design, who reports to one of our four cofounders (SVP of marketing). If you just want a job where you sit by yourself and write, this isn't the job for you. But if you're a skilled writer who's also interested in everything else that goes into launching a new product, app, and brand, read on.

You:
Have honed your chops creating standout digital products and user experiences.
Think holistically about product and UX — context, design, insights, and words.
Care about frameworks, content strategy and style guidelines to ensure copy has a purpose and is applied consistently across touch points.
Believe that no detail of the customer experience is too small to improve.
Demonstrate deep understanding of mobile copywriting and usage patterns.
Enjoy strategizing, prototyping, and executing.
Strive for clarity and an intuitive flow in everything you work on.
Aim for greatness, but can balance that with a startup culture of rapid iteration.
Understand the value of A/B testing, analytics, and SEO.
Enjoy collaborating across departments (especially with design and marketing).
Bring energy and a sense of humor to the office every day.
Get bonus points for geeky hobbies like anthropology, drones, HCI, or 3D printing.

Title: UX copywriter / content strategist
